Internal Training on Material Information Handling, Ethical Management, and Sustainability Development in 2025
- On November 9, 2022, the Board of Directors approved the revised Procedures for Handling Material Inside Information and Prevention of Insider Trading. The Company provides annual training to directors. On November 8, 2025, a one-hour training session was conducted for all eight incumbent directors, covering the relevant regulations and reminding directors that they are prohibited from trading the Company's shares or other equity-related securities on the public market during the 30-day closed period before the announcement of the annual financial report and the 15-day closed period before the announcement of each quarterly financial report.
- On October 22, 2025, the Company conducted education and training for 126 managerial officers and employees, totaling 252 training hours. Participants were also reminded of the insider trading restrictions during the closed periods preceding the announcement of the Company's annual and quarterly financial reports.
- On January 3, 2025, the Company notified all directors by e-mail of the six scheduled Board meeting dates for 2025. In addition, one day before the commencement of each closed period (30 days before the annual financial report announcement and 15 days before each quarterly financial report announcement), reminder e-mails were sent to insiders (including directors and managerial officers) to help ensure compliance with insider trading regulations.
- Following the training sessions, presentation materials and video recordings were uploaded to the Company's internal website under the "Internal Training Materials" section for employees who were unable to attend.
