Wah Lee Industrial announced its August 2017 unaudited consolidated sales of NT$4,040M

September 8, 2017  Wah Lee Industrial Corp. (3010.TT) reported its record high August 2017 unaudited consolidated sales of NT$4,040M, a 20.77% growth from the same period last year and a 14.03% growth from last month.  Cumulative 2017 Jan.-Aug. consolidated sales was NT$26,888M and grew by 4.23%, compared to the same period last year.

The record high August sales has again proved Wah Lee’s critical position in the key raw material supply chain and as a total solution provider.  The company has helped the high-tech industries across the strait to prosper significantly.

Its semiconductor electronic-grade fine chemicals have benefited from the strong demand for advanced node chips with end customers pulling inventory from foundry makers.  Computer/Communication sector has showed significant growth, contributed from the continuous expansions in the applications of engineering plastics in USB type C connectors, DDR5 sockets, camera modules, automobiles and medical devices.  PCB related materials have also seen their sales growing magnificently from the high-end substrate manufacturing process.  FPD industry sales has sensed the recovery in the overall industry and Wah Lee’s FPD related sales has benefited from its niche products and complete product lines.
